Who handles an enquiry?
Integrity Spine Care handles enquiries for Honorary Professor Tony Bateman’s expert witness practice. Use the enquiry form for privacy questions or requests about information you have provided.
Information & purpose
The form collects your name, firm, professional email, optional phone, enquiry type, preferred venue, timescale and message. It is used to respond, assess suitability and availability, prepare estimates and take steps towards an instruction. The practice relies on legitimate interests in managing enquiries and, where applicable, steps requested before a contract. Enquiries are not used for marketing without a separate appropriate basis.
Recipients & security
Enquiries are sent to the practice administrative mailbox and accessed by Professor Bateman and authorised staff. The website host and email providers process information to deliver these services. The host also processes technical information such as IP addresses and security logs. Do not send medical records or identifiable client information through this initial form. Secure arrangements and further privacy information will be provided for accepted instructions.
Retention & rights
Enquiries are retained only as needed to handle them, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Ask the practice for its applicable retention period. You can request access or correction, request deletion or object where the law allows. Legal requirements may limit deletion. Concerns can be raised with the UK Information Commissioner.
Cookies & external services
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and how pages are used. Google Analytics can use cookies such as _ga and cookies beginning _ga_ to distinguish visits and measure use. Google receives technical and usage information, such as the page visited, device and browser information, and visit times. Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years, depending on the Analytics settings. They are separate from the essential cookie used by the enquiry form.
The Google Analytics tag loads only after you choose Accept analytics. You can choose Reject analytics and continue using the website, or change your choice using Cookie settings at the foot of any page. Your choice is stored in this browser for six months. When you withdraw permission, this website stops loading Analytics and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. Withdrawal does not delete information already collected by Google.
The website code does not send enquiry-form contents to Google Analytics. Do not include confidential information in page URLs or links. Google processes Analytics information under its own terms and privacy policy. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites using its services.
No advertising tags or embedded maps are included. External services apply their own policies when you follow their links. The enquiry service uses a short-lived essential session cookie for security and abuse prevention. The font is hosted locally and does not make a request to Google Fonts.
